Restoring a user's OneDrive files

In the Sharepoint admin center, go to "more features", then "user profiles"

then "manage users profiles", then searched the users name/email

then left click on the account name, and selected the option to "manage personal site" 

then selected "recycle" bin under Site Collection Administration, and restored the folder that was deleted.
