Inviting external users to collaborate

We have a cross-tenant access policy between Influents and ORI, but user s will still need to be sent an invite from the Azure AD management panel in the 35 admin console.

There also appears to be a conflict when the user is also listed as a contact entry in exchange - the contact should be deleted, invite re-sent, then re-added once they have accepted the invite.
