If a user is experiencing difficulties using DocuWare printer and the expected files are not printing to or appearing in their expected inbox/document tray:
1. Head to their Profile in the upper right corner of the DocuWare screen, select Desktop Apps and ensure they are connected to Desktop Apps
2. Have them open Task Manager and, within the Services section, locate DocuWare Desktop Services. Right-clicking on DWDesktopService will provide the opportunity to restart the service. Click Restart. In a user-case, this caused the previously printed files to appear within the inbox.
In another user case, rebooting the machine worked to reset the services.
