  1. f you don’t already have an account email Comphelp to request one on cloud.ori.org
    1. Use a strong password and do NOT reuse your ORI network password.
    2. Optionally you can also request a shared folder for your workgroup.
  2. Create folders, upload files as needed
  3. You can share a file or folder by mail, with password protection optional
    1. You can easily share with people who have an account on the system by typing a name in the top field of the Sharing side menu.
    2. To share with someone who does not have an account click the Share button next to a folder or file, then click the “+” button.

    3. The “+” button will change to an ellipsis “…” which now allows you to select share options or unshare.
  1. The link will also be copied into your clipboard and can be pasted into an email.
  2. The link can be copied at any time later by clicking the “Copy to Clipboard” icon in the Share link row.
    1. Note that if you share based on link only, the file or folder is open to anyone with the link with no need to log in.
    2. Note that regardless of share options the system does not currently allow uploads by anonymous users (i.e. users that do not have an account on this server).
  1. As with Dropbox and other systems many document types can be displayed live, without having to download them first. Some document types are editable live as well.
  2. Anything you have shared with others or that others have shared with you will be shown in the Shares menu.
